Our vision is to establish a sea change in our ability to control matter and energy towards directed synthesis with real time adaptive control.
We focus on the synthesis and characterization of materials for energy conversion. To do so, we develop novel multimodal approaches to study the formation of semiconductor compounds and evolving properties in situ and ex situ. We work very interdisciplinary crossing the fields of chemical engineering, materials science, and physics.
